How I Finally Lost Weight (Without Spending Any Money)

I reached a point that my pants didn’t fit me anymore. I am 164cm tall and I was weighing 73 kilos (I’m weighing 60 kilos now). What I used to do to lose weight was reducing the amount of my meals and start to working out like crazy. It never worked in a long term.

So what I did in terms of diet was basically to cut sugar and bread on my breakfast and afternoon coffee brakes. My diet during lunch and dinner kept the same. Of course, I recommend you to avoid processed food as much as you can. Craving for food is not good though. You can loosen your diet a bit on weekends for example.

Another thing I did to lose weight was start to exercise regularly. I walk one hour every day and workout more intensely three times a week. One day of intense work out (it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes long), one day to rest.  I’ve found a very nice Youtube channel called Fitness Blender. You can find a lot of useful exercises in this channel.

Anime Recommendation: Kaiji

Ito Kaiji is a young man who spends his time with cheap pranks, gambling, liquor and cigarettes. One day a mysterious man called Endo pays him a visit. He wants to collect a debt, the equivalent of almost 40 thousand dollars, which Kaiji has carelessly co-signed for his former co-worker. Endo gives Kaiji two options: Either he spends ten years to repay this debt or he goes aboard a ship called Espoir ("hope" in French) for a one night gambling to clear the debt.

The first thing you will notice is the anime art style. I agree that the art is ugly as hell. But don’t let it keep you from watching this anime. Kaiji is an emotional roller coaster. It’s about gambling, desperation, greed, hope, depression, trust and betrayal. The suspense and the atmosphere is simply amazing. Kaiji is that rare kind of anime that you will want to watch the next episode immediately. Kaiji shows the dark side of society and also the dark side of human beings.

Kaiji has two seasons and there is two live action movie adaptations. I recommend keeping a distance from the movies, they are terrible.

Dress Accordingly

It's the first time that I've heard the term faux pas. Some things you just don't learn in English schools.
